Langley Gymnastics Fall Schedule Kicks off on August 29th

It’s time to enroll or re-enroll for Fall classes at Langley Gymnastics in Angier!
The Fall schedule starts Monday, August 29th.

Enrollment is also open for Langley’s 2011-12 After School Program
(*No Before Care Program)

Class enrollments begin at any time, and fees will be prorated at time of sign up.

August 27, 2011: Get your Run (or Walk) On!

There are  TWO great events on August 27, 2011. One is for a great cause and is open to all. The other is military/government only, and is just for fun!

3rd Annual ACCRF 5K Run and 1 Mile Fun Run

Help raise funds for research to find a cure for Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma, a rare cancer of the head and neck by participating in the 3rd Annual ACCRF 5K Run and 1 Mile Fun Run
on  Saturday, August 27, 2011.

This event will be held at Campbell University in Lillington. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. The 5K Run begins at 8:30 a.m. and the Fun Run at 9:30 a.m. All proceeds benefit the Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Research Foundation (ACCRF).

Fort Bragg  Family Fun 5K (FOR MILITARY/GOV’T EMPLOYEES ONLY)

On Saturday, August 27, Fort Bragg will be having their Fort Bragg Family Fun

This event starts at 8:00 A.M.

Location: Sports USA, Bldg. 3-2102, Longstreet Rd., Fort Bragg, NC

Open to Military/Gov’t ID card holders and family members.  No registration is required and participation is free of charge.  Start time is 8:00 am.  For more info call #910-396-1217

Register now for Lillington’s Fall athletic programs

Lillington’s athletic registration is now open for Fall. Sign up for soccer, football, cheerleading, baseball, or softball!

To find out more information visit http://www.lillingtonnc.com/parksrec/ , click on Downloads and then click on Fall/Winter 2011 Program Booklet. On the Downloads page, you can also fill out an athletic registration form, view the game schedules, and also read the Harnett County Code of Conduct.

Registration is at the new Lillington Community Center located at 607 S. 13th Street.

Lillington’s Park and Recreation department is offering a plethora of Fall and Winter classes and activities. Some classes start SOON so sign up now!
